Patrick Henry College chapter takes hold of the upcoming school year.

On August 20th, the Patrick Henry College chapter of CFACT hosted their annual registration drive and kickoff’and they did it in style. Complete with ice cream sundaes and free CFACT teeshirts for new members. Director of Development, Ryan Nichols (pictured), spoke and stressed the importance of CFACT’s mission. With ten new members added to already existing members, the CFACT Campus group at PHC now comprises almost 5% of the student body’and they are poised for an active and successful semester.
The PHC group has big plans for this year. So far, they have provided two full-time interns to CFACT’s Berryville office, as well as a part-time intern. The big event they are currently organizing and preparing for is a movie-on-the-lawn showing of Not Evil, Just Wrong, to debut nationwide on October 18th. The CFACT leadership and members are working to make this a large community event, and are excited about the possibilities it presents to make inroads in the community around them. Ryan Rogge, head of the PHC CFACT chapter, said, “We are really excited about our upcoming year–with our awesome new members, and some outstanding opportunities to get involved in the community, we are confident that this will be the PHC CFACT chapter’s best year yet!”
