Recently, CFACT SUNY Syracuse set out to discover what New Yorkers think of first when they hear the word “green.”
CFACT questioned 100 participants about the word “green.” The students found that 4 percent thought of drugs first, 9 percent thought of the color, 11 percent thought of totally random things like Kermit the Frog, “spartans,” etc., 14 percent thought of money, 26 percent thought of nature, and 31 percent had answers about environmentalism.
While leftists seem to be losing the over all debate about global warming, it appears as though New Yorkers are still very conscious about the environment.
Now it is up to organizations like CFACT to educate them about constructive solutions to tomorrow environmental issues.
