Ohio State Spreads REAL Energy Campaign

On the last stop for the Ohio/Kentucky trip, focused on developing new CFACT chapters in a crucial area of dependency on REAL energy, students took to the campus bulletin boards to help spread the word.

The REAL Energy campaign, focused on supporting economically viable forms of energy, such as oil, coal, and natural gas, are vital to the everyday lives of Ohioans. For many on the Eastern part of the state, fracking is becoming a source of jobs and growth, defying the notions of the current Administration. In the Southeastern part of the state, coal also plays a significant role in driving the economy and promoting well-being. Ohio State, being centrally located in the state, wants to take a stand against these egregious attacks on areas of Ohio’s economy and students are excited to take part.
