On September 9th the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus held an activities fair at the Coffman Memorial Union. Many students attended the event, and many stopped by the CFACT table. Most of the students were very concerned about the environment, and many were interested in hearing about CFACT’s unique approach of using free market principles to take care of environmental issues.
CFACT’s unique approach of relying on personal responsibility instead of the government was popular with students, and numerous students expressed interest in being involved in our October 4th Mississippi River Clean-up event and other upcoming activities.
The 2014-2015 is shaping up to be a great year for the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus chapter of CFACT, and the CFACT club leadership is excited to get the students at the U involved in helping out the environment.
