Recently, CFACT University of Syracuse hosted a lecture by Alex Epstein, the founder of the Center for Industrial Progress on the subject of fracking, a method by which to extract large amounts of natural gas or coal by fracturing existing rock with pressurized liquid.
“The event was extremely informative, everyone was really impressed!” stated CFACT Syracuse chairman Zachary Weiss. “We would love to host Alex again for another lecture if time permits this year.” he continued.
This year five CFACT chapters in Texas and the Northeast hosted lectures by Mr. Epstein. Each event turned out a large crowd and each was considered a huge success! CFACT plans to host Mr. Epstein at several more campuses in Southern California in the near future.
