CFACT @ University Minnesota Duluth Recruitment Day!

2015-09-10 11.18.11As the fall 2015 school semester continues to get underway, students at the University of Minnesota-Duluth showed up in droves for the Fall Activities Fair. The UMD chapter of Collegians for a Constructive Tomorrow was there and eager to recruit new members!

Chapter co-presidents Emma Bromenschenkel and Hailey Sommers were on hand to talk to students and get them involved in CFACT, and both of them know how important the activities fair can be. “The Fall Activities fair is super important,” said Emma, 2015-09-10 11.09.23“it is how Hailey and I originally got involved with CFACT last year.”

Many students were interested in CFACT’s unique message and agreed that big government regulation isn’t the way to best protect the environment. Other students were excited to participate in CFACT event like listening to speakers, going on field trips, or personally helping the environment by participating in clean-ups. At the end of the day tons of students had signed up. This should be a great year for CFACT@UMD!
